This season they are back with a new version, their Open Weave design. The idea with this one was to create a pattern that's summer-ready by perforating the design into a grid pattern, this has two effects, its gives the shirt some subtle texture due to the raised edges of the perforations, but it also promotes airflow through the shirt.
